1. What are your hours? 

We work with our clients by appointment only.  Make sure you have 2 or 3 dates and/or times in mind when you are ready to schedule. 


2. What are your rates? 

Our rates are tailored to fit your project. Discounts for larger bookings and 8 day blocks are available. We also offer all-inclusive project deals for independent albums and mixtapes. For more information on our rates and services, please feel free to contact us. 


3. How much is the booking deposit?   

50% of the total amount of the contracted amount for the service(s) you request. 


4. When is the final balance due?   

a. For studio rental, the remaining balance is due prior to the scheduled session. (First time clients only) 

b. For all other services, the remaining balance is due at the completion of the work, prior to delivery of the finished product. 


5. What form of payments are accepted? 

Major Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover); Paypal; Zelle; CashApp; U.S. Postal Money Order and Cash (under limited circumstances) 


6. What is the minimum number of hours required to rent the studio? 

Two hours 


7. What is your cancellation/refund policy? 

a. 7 or more before the scheduled date - 100% cash refund 

b. 3 to 6 days before the scheduled date -  Studio Credit 

c. Less than 3 days and no-shows - No Refund or Credit
